- The food-compliant and detectable plastic compound ensures that the entire seal, or even small fragments of it, can be detected by metal detectors or X-ray machines.
- This helps prevent contamination by allowing foreign objects to be identified and removed from the production process.
- Fulfills the requirements of the HACCP procedure (HACCP: Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
- Compliant with EN 1186-3:2022 for food contact.
- Fiber Laser , UV-Laser or Thermal printing options
- Barcode or QR-Code printing options
- Mats of 10 seals allows sequential distribution
- Pull-apart strength: ~25 Kgf*
- Working temperature: -20°C / +80°C
