Detectable Plastic Seal with Ø2mm diameter
The DTC416 Detectable Plastic Seal is specifically designed for the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, where preventing product contamination is a critical priority. Manufactured from a special food-compliant polypropylene (PP) compound with detectable additives, the seal can be identified by both metal detectors and X-ray inspection systems. This ensures that the entire seal—or even small fragments in the unlikely event of accidental breakage—can be detected and removed before reaching the final product, helping manufacturers maintain the highest food safety standards.
The DTC411 supports HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) procedures and complies with EN 1186-3:2022 requirements for food contact materials.
Available with Fiber Laser, UV Laser, or Thermal printing, the seal can be customized with company names, logos, sequential numbering, barcodes, or QR codes. Supplied in mats of 10 seals for efficient sequential use, the DTC411 combines food safety, traceability, and dependable tamper evidence in a single innovative solution.
