Combi seals are purpose-designed for applications requiring high tamper resistance and advanced security, particularly for utility meter sealing. The GP140 Combi Seal is manufactured from UV-resistant, flame-retardant polycarbonate, in line with all our meter seal products. Developed by Gökerplast’s R&D team, this product features an original design and is protected by patent against unauthorized replication.
For further details, please refer to the product specifications table.
GP140 Combi Seal is made of ultraviolet resistant, flame-retardant Polycarbonate (PC) body and Polyacetal (POM) colored rotor and anchor.
The unique lock design of the Combi seal blocks the inner part with the anchor and provides enhanced security and excellent protection against tampering with a second locking feature.
Ø0.63mm Stainless steel, Ø0.63mm Galvanized Steel and Ø0.85mm PVC coated steel wire options are available.
The desired length of wire can be shipped as pre-assembled on the seal or disassembled.
Company name or logo and serial number up to 8 digits can be marked with laser marking.
Barcode (Kod128, Int 2/5 etc.) and QR-Code printing can be done for mobile applications.
Optional marking areas, GP140: 23mm and GP140-XL: 38mm
For products with a transparent body, a solvent-resistant white background is printed on the flag to improve barcode reading quality.
RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) Directive (EU) 2015/863 compliant.
Test reports for ISO 4892 UV resistance, ISO 9227 Corrosion resistance are available.
Tensile strength 40 Kgf
Operating temperature: -40°C / +120°C
The two-steps locking, where the anchor and the rotor part block each other, makes tampering visible and unauthorized opening impossible.
UV-resistant Polycarbonate (PC) housing and colored POM inserts/anchors ensure stable performance outdoors; transparent construction makes inspection easy at a glance.
Laser marking permanently engraves the company name/logo and serial number up to 8 digits; increases traceability and reduces the risk of counterfeiting.
GP140 offers optional flag area (23mm and 38mm) for marking of longer Barcodes. Solvent-resistant white background on the transparent body provides best contrast and maximizing scanning quality.

The GP140 Combi Seal distinguishes itself from conventional meter seals through its two-step security mechanism. The internal rotor, designed to rotate only in a clockwise direction, is further secured by an anchor-shaped secondary locking system, effectively preventing unauthorized tampering. This advanced design delivers exceptional security for meter sealing applications.
GP140 Combi Seal can be manufactured for special demands. Therefore Minimum order quantiy will be informed as per the request. Please contact our sales team for detailed information.
As with all meter seals, the application-specific wire is first passed through the sealing point, after which the internal rotating mechanism is tightened to remove any slack. Upon completion of the winding process, the anchor-shaped secondary locking mechanism is manually pressed downward to secure the seal. As a final step, it is recommended to break off the handle of the rotating internal part by bending it sideways by hand, in line with standard practice for all meter seals.
